What is Vitalized Lab?

Vitalized Lab is a telemedicine practice offering non-emergency healthcare services from the comfort of your home. We specialize in hormone therapy, sexual health, wellness, weight loss, reproductive health, vaginal health, STI treatment, fertility consultations, and preventative care. All services are delivered via secure video consultations with a licensed provider.

Vitalized Lab is led by a board-certified nurse practitioner with over twenty years of experience in the medical field. I specialize in hormone therapy, sexual health, wellness, preventative care, and comprehensive telemedicine services. My approach to patient care is patient-centered and personalized. Every treatment plan I develop is tailored specifically to your individual needs, health goals, and circumstances. I believe in taking the time to understand you as a whole person and creating customized care that works for your unique situation.

We currently serve patients located in California, Kansas, Idaho, Hawaii, Florida, Arizona, and New Mexico. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your consultation. Booking an appointment with Vitalized Lab is simple and convenient. Visit our website at vitalizedlab.com and click the "Book a Consultation" button. You will be guided through our online scheduling system where you can select your preferred appointment time, complete your intake forms, and provide your payment information. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need for your visit.

To participate in a telemedicine visit with Vitalized Lab, you will need: a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and microphone; a stable, secure internet connection; a private location where you can speak confidentially without interruptions; and access to our telemedicine platform, Optimantra. We recommend testing your technology before your appointment to ensure everything is working properly.

Vitalized Lab operates on a cash-based payment model. We do not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. You are responsible for paying for services out of pocket. However, you may choose to submit claims to your insurance provider independently for potential reimbursement.
