Vitalized Lab LLC provides non-emergency telemedicine services only. Our services are not intended for, and should not be used for, medical emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency, such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding,loss of consciousness, severe allergic reactions, or any other life-threatening condition, please contact emergency services immediately by calling 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not attempt to contact Vitalized Lab LLC during a medical emergency. Vitalized Lab LLC is not equipped to provide emergency medical care and is not responsible for any delays or failures to respond toemergency situations.
